Paul Stearns I ordered 9 drives on December 22, 2022. They were shipped 2 day delivery. They did not arrive on December 26th as promised. They evidently tried to deliver them on December 27th, but no one was there to receive them. On the 28th I reached out to FedEx and they could/would not tell when they would be delivered. I attempted to contact SP, no one answered their Customer support line. I tried reaching out to FedEx & SP on the 30th same results. I finally got someone from FedEx to tell me they will try to deliver them tomorrow January 6th, 2023.

Emma Tl;Dr drive rating 10/10 customer service rating ?/10 (they don't answer questions or attempt to make purchase arrangements from my experiences this far and I haven't had to RMA yet)
For the price you can't go wrong. Only problem ive encountered is that final available space allocation can fluctuate from manufacturing batch to batch, not by much but enough for ZFS to complain if you're trying to build a storage array slowly piece by piece. Wish the customer care was better and they answered messages so people trying ambitious projects like mine could arrange for same batch allocations to purchase a larger number of drives over time that are likely to be perfect size matches to one another but hey you can't win them all and the drive is the best value for your dollar currently so I suppose you can't expect the service to match the product quality.
