Silicon Power Computer & Communications Inc. provides warranty service for our digital storage products. This warranty is subject to the following conditions: During the warranty period, under normal use, if a product fails due to manufacturing or material defects, Silicon Power will repair or replace the product at the same level, and customers will not be responsible for any labor or parts replacement costs. We may update or supplement these warranty terms periodically, with the most recent version on our website taking precedence. 

However, this warranty does not apply to:
  • Damage caused by accidents, intentional destruction, improper use (such as not following product instructions, using the product beyond its intended design purpose, or for fixture or testing purposes), or improper installation (such as use on incompatible or non-conforming equipment with the product's design).
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or unauthorized modifications or alterations of parts by the user.
  • Products damaged by natural disasters or power issues, such as insufficient voltage, excessive or unstable power supply, or prolonged lithium battery charging.
  • Product labels are unclear, damaged, missing, illegible, or visibly compromised.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized distribution channels or secondhand resale markets.
  • When the warranty seal or anti-tamper label is altered or damaged.

  • Silicon Power is not responsible for any product damage or loss resulting from improper shipping or packaging during transit to our service center.
  • Silicon Power will not be liable for any personal injury or loss arising from the application of this product in equipment where product defects or failures could result in death or injury. This includes, but is not limited to, medical or medical-related devices, aircraft, traffic control systems, disaster prevention systems, combustion systems, and nuclear facilities.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silicon Power shall not be liable for any tort, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including losses of profits, business investments, goodwill, data, or damages to other equipment used in conjunction with Silicon Power products.

  • When you receive your repaired or replaced product back from us, please take a moment to verify everything is correct. If there are any issues with the quantity or specifications, simply reach out to our customer service team within three days of delivery. Please note that we're unable to process claims submitted after this timeframe.
Other Disclosures
  • SP will either replace it with a refurbished、new one or repair it to be functionally equivalent to a new one. Hence, the repaired product that you receive might not be the one you originally sent. 
  • Due to ongoing technology or in case of discontinuity of any product, SP will be unable to repair the product, and therefore replace the product with a comparable one. 
  • The new, refurbished or functionally equivalent product provided by SP under the Warranty Service will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • To continuously improve the quality and performance of our products, SP reserves the right to change the appearance, content or specifications of our products without prior notice.
  • For limited Lifetime Warranty products, the warranty service starting from the original purchase date until the end of product life cycle. (The end of product life cycle is determined by SP).  

Return Policy

You may return your product to Silicon Power within 30 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with it. All returned items must be in new condition with its original package. If your original item came with free items, you must return all associated items to get a full refund. Silicon Power only refund the purchase price of the returned item; shipping fee and the retail value of any free items you keep are nonrefundable.


Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee of the purchase price applies if items are returned in following conditions:
  • The item has been opened
  • The item was not received by customer in defective or damaged condition

SP MORE+ Warranty

For SP MORE+ products, the warranty is provided and managed directly by our SP MORE+ partners. Please refer to the SP MORE+ Suppliers Warranty page for detailed information regarding the warranty coverage of each product. We kindly remind you to review and accept the applicable warranty policy prior to placing your order.

Coupon and Discount Code Policy

All promotional codes, coupons, and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase during the checkout process. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully prior to submission to ensure any applicable codes are entered correctly.
