Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) on orders over $50.
Free UPS 2nd Day Air (2nd Business Day) on orders over $300.
(Free shipping is only available for orders shipped to continental US.)

*SP More+:  Orders from SP More+ will be processed by each supplier, who may request shipping fee for the delivery. If your order contains products from different SP More+ suppliers, there might be a combined shipping fee for the order.

Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Orders

• Delivery times measured in business days.
• Please note that same-day shipping is not guaranteed. All orders require a processing time of 1–2 business days before shipment. The estimated delivery date provided in the tracking information is an approximation only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
• We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
• We do not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box as the shipping address will be cancelled. Please ensure that a valid physical address is provided at the time of order placement.
• Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Delivery Address

• A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will cancel and refund the order without notice.
