The Radxa Cubie A7S is an ultra-compact high-performance single board computer based on the Allwinner A733 SoC. Measuring just 51 × 51 mm, it packs an octa-core CPU, 3 TOPS NPU, LPDDR5 memory, Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, and PCIe expansion into a true pocket-sized form factor. Available in 4GB and 8GB LPDDR5 variants, it is ideal for edge AI, computer vision, robotics, IoT gateways, and compact embedded projects.
